Activity Description​

Downloads a specific attachment from an existing record in ServiceNow.

note

The file path listed will only reference the host where the ServiceNow integration is installed.

Output​

Success/Failure.

Settings​

  • Module Name – The name of the ServiceNow Module in Resolve Actions.
  • Form Name – The name of the ServiceNow form.
    Example: Incident(incident)
  • Field Name – The name of the field that indicates the record number.
  • Record Number – The ID of the ServiceNow record.
    Example: %snCreateRecord1%
  • Name – The name of the file to download.
    Example: Logfiles.txt
  • Path – The path of the file to download.
    Example: C:\Temp\Attachment
